Just a test render of a bird in flight (a swallow to be precise), which I think is coming along nicely. Also, my first dabble with hair (or in this case feathers).

Another abandoned test. The pitch of the audio drives the colour values and the volume drives the radius and intensity.

I’m working on a piece at the moment around a flock of birds, driven by scripting and audio. This is a rough early test (the birds are especially crude), but I’m probably going to change direction, so thought I’d pop it up here.

LAB is a brand new section to my site.

The idea at the moment, is that I post work (mainly video) in here which isn’t substantial enough to warrant going into the work section, but would (arguably) be a shame to just throw by the wayside. Expect to see tests and experiments which don’t go any further, and work in progress which goes on to become better things (I hope!). I’ll do my best to keep this section active.
